Job Summary: As part of the admin team you will be responsible for coordinating repair processes, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to partners and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage repair requests from customers via phone, email, and online systems.
- Log repair jobs into the company database and ensure accurate tracking throughout the process.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and monitor job progress.
- Communicate with customers, providing updates on repair status and resolving inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with warranty terms and repair policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Prior experience in administration or customer service (experience in computer repair services is a plus).

Onsite PC Engineer with MendIT

Job Summary
MendIT Computer Repairs is seeking an experienced and skilled Onsite PC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and repairing PCs, laptops, and gaming systems, with a deep understanding of high-end gaming components and configurations. As an Onsite PC Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support directly at client locations, ensuring fast and effective solutions to a wide range of hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and upgrade a variety of devices, including PCs, laptops, gaming computers, and custom-built systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues such as motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, and power supply problems.
- Perform software installations, operating system troubleshooting, virus removal, and data recovery.
- Configure and optimize high-end gaming systems and components, including liquid cooling, overclocking, and gaming peripherals.
- Install and configure gaming software, drivers, and system updates.
- Provide professional and clear communication with clients, explaining technical issues and repairs in a customer-friendly manner.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls and follow-up on any further technical requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PC engineer, field technician, or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of high-end gaming systems, hardware components, and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly.
- Experience with Windows operating systems; knowledge of Linux and macOS is a plus.
- Familiarity with custom PC builds, gaming rigs, and overclocking procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain complex technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple onsite calls per day.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit client locations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Returns Admin Assistant
Full Time (Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30)
Job Summary
The returns role involves receiving, inspecting, and processing of returned merchandise from our customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and log returned items into the inventory management system.
- Inspect returned products for damage, quality, and compliance with return policies.
- Sort and categorize returned merchandise for restocking, refurbishment, or disposal.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient returns area within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to update stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Prepare items for return to vendors or manufacturers as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist with other additional duties including picking and packing orders, serving click and collect customers.
Skills and Experience:
- Secondary school GCSE’s or equivalent; experience in a warehouse setting preferred.

Job Summary
We are currently looking for a System Builder to join our expanding, award-winning Builds team. If you have a passion for building PC systems and computer hardware then we'd love to hear from you!
You will be based at our Centre of Excellence in Bradford working as part of a large team building up to 3,000 PCs per month. Your role will be varied, initially working on Horizon gaming units before building up to high-end custom Chillblast PCs in time. A keen eye for detail, technical capability and problem-solving skills are key.
We need you to start on the front foot, so the more experience you have with PC hardware, the better. Initial contracts would be offered on a 4-month basis. This would lead to a permanent placement for the right candidate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build PCs for our customers
- Liaise with internal teams on technical issues and test results.
- Assemble products to customer standards.
